two thumbs up...way up!

Jeff and I just returned from our date night...and what a great date night it turned out to be! We headed out for a terrific dinner at "Bajio" and then on to the theater to see "National Treasure - Book of Secrets". What an awesome show! I was amazed at the first "National Treasure" and thought that there was no way that they could make a film even close to as good as the first one...but I was wrong. I thoroughly enjoyed this film - they did a great job and I am glad I saw it in the theater on the big screen with surround sound. If you haven't seen it, go do it - you won't be sorry! (Unless of course you didn't like the first one or if you don't particularly enjoy Nicholas Cage...then you can just forget about this post!)

Hi Jodi! This is Rachel (Loni's daughter). I saw your blog through Callie's. Your family is beautiful! We went to see National Treasure, too, and loved it! Check out my blog at rwilsontbird.blogspot.com! Love ya!

I love how it totally sets you up for a third one. It was a great show. Next you have to see "I am Legend". It's a very different kind of movie and not what I was expecting at all but you can't lose with Will Smith.

I loved the second one just as much as the first one. I couldnt believe what a good job they did. I think it was because it had the same actors in it!! Im glad you liked it.

I am so glad you got away to Disneyland! From your pictures, it looks like you had a great time! You were right, it is magical during Christmas time! I'm so glad we went! (How are the lines right on Christmas?) Too bad some of you got sick, to. Bummer!

I am SO excited for your trip to Hawaii! Just you two? You looked great last time I saw you! Vaughn wants to take us to the Bahamas and Atlantis in April. (If there are any open seats, of course!) I really need to get MY butt in gear! Maybe if I know you're sweating it out somewhere, too, I will be more motivated! Here's to wishing us some willpower! :)

The kids have seen the movie with friends, but hopefully I'll be able to check it out soon! Sounds like I won't be wasting my money!

The only thing holding me back from seeing this movie is Nicolas Cage's hair (lame I know). I will have to go see it, because I loved the first one! Thanks for the review.
