So today was the day. I made my appointment forever ago. I have been wanting my hair cut for weeks. I knew EXACTLY how I wanted it cut. I was so excited to get it done. I wasn't nervous at all - after all, I have had my hair cut many times. But THIS is not what I wanted - not even close! I did say "cut it off" and "I want it short" so maybe it's my fault...but this is a little too short for me. I guess it's only hair and it will grow eventually. In the meantime, Melissa, can I borrow those extensions?

Good thing you are so beautiful. . . even a haircut that is too short can't make you look bad. Your eyes are so amazing!! It will grow, but seriously it looks cute!! I am mad at you guys for not stopping by while you were here at Christmas. I give up! I have invited you so many times, and still I get nothing!!!

You look great and have no need to worry. Not everyone looks that great in short hair. It is even shorter than mine and I never thought any of my friends would go short. Who knew?
Keri - don't be upset...you should be glad that we were no where near your house after the flu bug we got! Throwing up all day would have put a damper on your Christmas festivities! We'll catch you next time were in town - and I PROMISE! You can count on that!
