Like most of you, I have been saddened by the passing of Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley. He was such a great man and did so much for so many. I was able to see him a few times in the conference center and I always enjoyed his humor and his sweet personality. I also loved his wife and her sweet way of telling a story. One of my favorite books (written by her) is called "Glimpses into the life and heart of Marjorie Pay Hinckley". She was a tremendous woman and I have learned many wonderful things from reading her book. One of my favorite quotes comes from that book..."have joy in your home, have joy in your husband, have joy in your children, be grateful for the journey" I know that she lived this principle and had a tremendous love for her children and her husband. I know that they are together again, happy and whole.
I thought I would share my very favorite photo of the prophet with you - one that we will keep displayed in our home for many years.

that was such a beautiful post of such a wonderful man. He was the only prophet that I really remember and I will really miss him. Where did you get that picture of him, it captures 'him' so well. I would love to get one
