My family has a tradition of hiking to the "Y" every Memorial Day. Yesterday it was raining pretty much all day and we decided to try a different hike. We headed up to Canyon Glen and hiked to Bridal Veil Falls. It was a beautiful hike, everything was so green and it smelled so fresh after all the rain.

After the hike, we headed out to Alpine for an "indoor" BBQ (still raining) and a great game of family trivia that Deanne puts together every year. It was a fun family day - one we look forward to every year!

Such fun pics! Thanks for sharing. I LOVED the new hiking route (although maybe not as much as Darin did), and it was definitely a memoriable day!
