Yesterday was the first day of Nationals dance competition at Lagoon in SLC. My niece, Olivia, and Rylee were going to be clogging and we decided that we would go and spend the day watching the competition and riding the rides. We had quite a day weather wise...rain, sunshine and then a little more rain helped to make it an eventful day! Overall, everyone had a good time and Olivia even made the Jr. All-American team! WAY TO GO LIV!! I even got the "proud parent tears" watching her clog, and she's not even mine!!
Here are a few random pictures of our adventures:

We had a great time and the best part is...we get to do it all over again in 2 weeks! Lagoon decided that it was wet enough to issue a "rain day" ticket to everyone that bought a ride pass yesterday, so we get to watch Rylee's team compete on the 16th for free!! We have plenty of discount tickets left, so call if you want to join us...the more the merrier!

Looks like fun. I love Lagoon.
Oh, I am SOOOOO jealous. I tried to go to Lagoon a couple of years ago, and out of nowhere my body decided to be super motion-sensitive. I miss roller coasters. I hope I can figure out a way to ride them again without getting sick!
You guys look like you had so much fun!! There is something so exhilarating about roller coasters that makes you want to keep going again and again!
I am still a little envious...although growing a baby definitely takes priority over Lagoon fun. Thanks for getting proud parent tears for Liv. That makes me happy. (If it makes you feel better, I remember getting proud parent tears while watching Rylee's 1st grade program!) I should stay away more often. I am just glad she rode everything and that she loved it. Thanks again for adopting her for the day.
p.s. It looks like poor Lexi was tortured all day! You should put her in acting classes.
Fun Pictures! Looks like you had a great time even though it rained.
I miss Lagoon! I haven't been in at least a decade . . . looks like you guys had fun.
It looks like such fun! If you still have discount tickets give me a shout!
Thanks!

Oh dang Jodi we were there too. I wish that we would have ran into each other. It was a wet miserable day. My girls were bummed because we didn't even buy ride passes. So now I owe them. I hope that the weather is better for you when you go back. And I also hope that the building they were dancing in doesn't stink so bad!
Well I want to go!!! You got enough tickets for me???
