The boys went to the store and bought the candles and flowers and then headed to Roberts house to set up the shade cover and get the table set. Roberts mom made them a delicious authentic mexican dinner consisting of shredded beef enchiladas and spanish rice. Everyone said it was delicious! After dinner, they headed to the dance and stayed until it was over (11:00 p.m.) After the dance, the plan was to come back to our house and have ice cream sundae's and play some games, but it was already getting late, so they had ice cream, talked for a while and drove the girls home right before midnight! Brad came into our bedroom to talk to us for minute before he went to bed and he told us that he had a good time and everything was perfect, except for the cost of the dance pictures. I guess they got up to pay for their packet and it was $40.00! WOWSA...I thought that was a little steep!
So there you have it...my little boy is not so little anymore - but it's a fun time for all of us!

Jason told me there was a big ta-do across the street saturday night. They all look great!! Oh to be young again..what am I saying I'm only 28!! LOL

It doesn't seem all that long ago that we were going to those dances!!!! Is it possible we have kids doing that? He looks so cute and clean cut! What a fun date!
Dance pics are always a RIP OFF! Ours usually ran $20 a pop, and because you buy one for each of you, $40 is normal. She's hot, though! Go Brad!

Holy cow it seems only like yesterday that we were going to these dances-ok maybe a few days ago. They all looked smashingly handsome-and to think they planned it on their own. So fun, glad they all had a good time, minus the price of the pics. Robbery.
I can't believe he's dating! He has great taste. His date is a cutie! It sounds like his first official date dance was a smashing success!
