She opened her presents early because we needed to be to the Stake Center by 8:30 am for Lexi's baptism. Lexi had such a special day!! Her Grandma Dahl made her baptism dress and it was BEAUTIFUL! She also got her very first set of scriptures (being held upside down!) from her Grandma and Grandpa Wilson. 
Lexi had a wonderful baptism program and even sang a solo that had everyone in tears. She sounded like an angel!! She was baptized and confirmed by her dad and was all smiles all day!
I am so proud of her! She is such a joy to be around - she is truly the happiest child I know! She always is wearing a grin and has the most contagious laugh! I am so glad she is part of our family!
Lexi had wonderful support from friends and family - thanks to everyone who shared this special day with us!
The rest of our afternoon was filled with work, a BYU basketball game and clogging pictures. At about 6:30 we had a surprise birthday party planned for Rylee, but a "little birdy" told me that she already knew - so I did a little rearranging and concocted a plan to throw her off...AND IT WORKED! She had NO IDEA!! This picture is a little dark, but hopefully you can see her expression when she opened the door for her SURPRISE!!
I got her good!! We had pizza and cheesecake at our house, played the "bigger or better" game and then headed out to PPT (precision power tumbling) for the rest of the party. PPT has a bunch of trampolines, inflatable sumo wrestling suits, HUGE inflatable teeter-totters and a 20 foot foam pit to jump into. I think it was the highlight of the night!
I was exhausted by the time I drove everyone home - but it was a wonderful day and I am grateful that I was able to spend the day with my two birthday girls!!

After the baptism, we came home, and I commented on how I was glad I was not you that weekend! Although I'm sure you pulled it off like a champ! Lexi's baptism was beautiful. We were so glad we could be there to share in such a special day.

You are so great for making the day so special for both kids. That is a lot of work. Brett should have married someone like you, his poor birthday doesn't get much recognition from me at all. How do you make Christmas Eve more special with everything else going on.
Mark was baptized on Saturday too. I'm so glad it was such a special day for your family!
