easter delivery

Bradley had his Eagle board of review about 4 weeks ago. At the end of the interview, they told him that everything looked good and to expect a little yellow card in the mail in about 3-4 weeks. (It would let him know his Eagle certificate was ready to be picked up at the scout offices.) He has called home after school every day for the past week and a half asking if the "yellow card" came in the mail. He has been extremely excited and so it was really hard to lie to him so many times! The card came in the mail a while ago, but I thought it would be nice to have the certificate framed and leave it for the Easter bunny to place in his basket...

Here is the picture of his face when he saw the certificate

Needless to say...I am pretty proud of him. We are now in the process of planning his Court of Honor so it will be "official" - Way to go Brad...we love you!

Sank you Easser Bunny. Bak Bak! What a fun surprise! I'm hoping my boys follow in his footsteps and get their Eagles before they turn 16. Thanks, Brad for your good example!
