Sunday at our Stake Conference, I was sustained and set apart as the Stake Young Women President. I have been completely overwhelmed and anxious for the past few weeks, but yesterday as they set me and the counselors and secretary apart, I knew that this was what I was supposed to be doing right now. I feel more at peace and ready to move forward-ready to plan fun and exciting things for the girls and help them build their testimonies.
So....do any of you have any suggestions? Have you had any TERRIFIC activities or leadership training meetings? Anything you can remember from when you were in young women? What personal progress activities or stake activities have taken place in your wards? We have a Stake leadership training coming up in about 5 weeks and I need some good ideas on how to teach the ward YW presidencies. Any ideas or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

Official. Hooray! Onward and upward. Congrats, and I'll be thinking of fantastic ideas for you.
A big responsibility but oh, so rewarding. I love the youth. I'd love to share some thoughts and ideas with you but I will have to do it after this weekend - I have to get past our party.
Congrats on the calling - I am sure you will be fantastic - the girls of your stake are very lucky!
Jodi, you are so amazing and obviously your Stake leaders are aware of your talents! That must be so overwhelming, but if anyone can do it, you can! We need to get together soon!
Yay, I wish I was a young woman in your stake. So I'm not sore but my butt hurts real bad from the seat. OUCH!
You'll be awesome! Young Womens is always a great place to be. Good luck and if I have any great ideas I'll pass them along!
