We ate some dinner:
we played a little "speed"
they played volleyball - girls
against boys
(the boys won)
Then we had a relay race
played "dime in the flour"
played the candy bar game
tried to get the balloons off of the ceiling - we had church the next morning
and...last but not least...we played "white out" - it's like freeze tag but with knee-high nylon socks with a scoop of flour in the toe - then they whack tag each other. It was fun, but dangerous. My kids had welts the next morning
It turned out to be such a GREAT night! Everyone had a great time...especially Rylee - and she's the one that counts!
Three days later - her dad and I took her to Orem and went out to lunch at McGraths and we took her to get her DRIVERS LICENSE!! Yikes! I can't believe I have two children that can drive! When did I get old?
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RY!!

The party looked like it was a blast. Happy Late birthday Rylee.
Looks like so much fun. You really know how to throw a party. I will have to stay off the roads now that she is driving. Ahhhh!
That sounds like so much fun! What a great idea to go to the church for all of the games! Wow, 16! REaLly?
I am going to pass the white out game idea on to my kids for a youth activity. It looks like so much fun! Maybe it would be less painful if you put less flour in the nylons????
Oh and HAPPY SWEET SIXTEEN, RYLEE!!! I was so excited about the game idea, I forgot to say that!
What a fun party! Congrats to Rylee on the Drivers License!
I'm so glad you posted this! I was wondering how her birthday went. According to this post, it ROCKED! I'm so glad everyone had fun, and I'm so excited for Ry...she gets to date now! :)
Why does everybody match?
Everyone matches because we told them to wear a black/dark colored shirt for the "white out" game. Everyone wore black!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYLEE!!! I LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH!!!! :) Thanks for being so awesome!! :) <3
